Vacant Arby’s location damaged by fire
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A fire gutted the vacant Arby’s restaurant location near Valley View Boulevard and Sahara Avenue early Sunday morning.
Las Vegas Fire and Rescue and Clark County Fire responded to several calls to 911 reporting thick black smoke at the vacant Arby’s location at 3121 West Sahara Avenue just before 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Upon arrival firefighters found flames beginning to burn through the roof of the building.
Firefighters battled the flames from the exterior for an hour until the fire was completely out. No surrounding buildings were damaged; however, the vacant restaurant was damaged extensively by the fire.
Nobody was injured in the blaze and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
