Two accidents delay traffic on southbound U.S. 95
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Two separate accidents are affecting traffic this morning on U.S. 95 in the northwest part of the valley.
The first accident occured in the southbound lanes near Ann Road at about 5:44 a.m. this morning. Only one lane is open at this time but the accident should be cleared fairly quickly.
The second accident happened at the bottom of the southbound on-ramp from the Rainbow Boulevard onto U.S. 95 at about 5:51 a.m. That accident is a single-vehicle rollover and the driver has been transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Two people were also transported from the scene of the first accident. Initial reports indicate their injuries are also non-life threatening.
Nevada Highway Patrol is on the scene.
No other information is available at this time but drivers are advised to take alternate routes if possible.
