Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A woman was hospitalized after being hit by a car on Blue Diamond Road near Dean Martin.
It happened at about 4 p.m. Tuesday when authorities say the woman was crossing the street, not in a crosswalk.
She was struck by a Toyota Avalon and taken to University Medical Center to be treated for her injuries.
A spokesperson for the Nevada Highway Patrol said no one in the Avalon was injured.
NHP is investigating the crash.
