Authorities search for missing autistic teen
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is looking for an endangered autistic teen.
19-year-old Luis Cutie disappeared from his care home near Bonanza Road and Nellis Boulevard at around 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Cutie suffers from autism and other medical conditions. He may only be able to communicate in the form of grunts, groans of single words.
Cutie was last seen wearing a brown shirt and navy blue pants. He is described as 5-feet 3-inches tall, black hair, brown eyes and medium complexion. Cutie is Hispanic. He can understand both English and Spanish.
All hospitals are asked to check their registries for Cutie or a John Doe matching his description. Anyone with information about his location is asked to call LVMPD's Missing Persons Detail at 702-828-2907 or 702-828-3111.
