Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The family of a woman killed in the horrific bus stop crash last week plans to face the alleged drunk driver in court today.
Gary Lee Hosey is scheduled to appear early this morning.
Police say the 23-year-old was drunk when he crashed into the bus stop at Spring Mountain and Decatur Thursday morning.
Four people who were waiting at the stop were killed.
49-year-old Johnnie Lee Garner was one of them. Condolences for her and her family now fill the growing memorial at the crash site.
Garner was a nurse at Sunrise Hospital. Her only child Nachelle and her two grandchildren -- Aubree and Alexia -- were her pride and joy.
Four passengers in Hosey's car at the time of the crash are still in the hospital this morning along with three other people who were hit while waiting for the bus.
Hosey is facing four counts of felony DUI death.
