Mug shot released of driver charged with drunk driving after hitting bus stop
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has released the mug shot of the driver accused of driving drunk and crashing into a bus stop on Thursday morning and killing four people.
23-year-old Gary Lee Hosey has been charged with four felony counts of DUI causing death.
Hosey has also been arrested in the past for various charges. They include:
-- Possession of a controlled substance – non-medical marijuana – less than 1 oz., (04/2011)
-- Obstructing a police officer, (07/2011)
-- Lewd/lascivious conduct, (11/2011)
-- Possession of a controlled substance – non-medical marijuana – less than 1 oz., (01/2012)
-- Larceny from a person. (08/2012)
-- Conspiracy to commit larceny from a person, (08/2012)
Hosey is still in the hospital. He has been booked in absentia.
