 Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Police have identified the driver in a crash that left four people dead and several others injured at a bus stop on Thursday morning.

He was 24-year-old Gary Lee Hosey of Las Vegas.

Police say Hosey was driving the 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo that lost control and struck a bus stop on Spring Mountain near Decatur.

It happened at about 6:25 a.m. Authorities arriving on scene found what they called a mass-casualty situation.

Four people were killed, and several others were taken to nearby hospitals to be treated for injuries varying in seriousness.

Police believe alcohol and speed were factors in the crash and say Hosey will face four counts of felony drunken driving.

The identities of those who were killed have not yet been released. Those that were injured include Hosey's passengers: 24-year-old Aklilu Atanaw of Las Vegas; 26-year-old Maarig Tewolde of Las Vegas; and 31-year-old Wendim Fisenar of San Diego, California.

The other injured include 29-year-old Zakiya Corner of Las Vegas; 31-year-old Billy Joel Ramirez-Fuentes of Las Vegas;  and 19-year-old Zexiang Wang of Las Vegas.
