Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- "Thank you, thank you," President Barack Obama said to the crowd.

Thousands cheered, "four more years, four more years." They chanted for President Obama hoping he will have those four more years in the White House.

"We are going forward," Obama said. "We are going forward, Nevada, and that's why I'm running for a second term as President of the United States."

At the Cashman Center, the president took the stage talking to Nevadans about his vision for the future.

"He touched on all the things that were important to me and my family," supporter Danise Johnson said. "Education, healthcare and voters rights."

Like many people in the crowd, Johnson took her family to see the President. Her son Vincent is voting for the first time.

"I thought it was important because it showed that young people could be out here too getting involved not just the older people," Vincent Johnson said.

"We are undecided voters and we are just interested to hear his side," Rodger Williamson said. "We'll hear the other side and then make up our minds from there."

In the battleground state, Obama said there's work to be done like improving unemployment and education.

"I have a great granddaughter who was just born six month's ago and it's so important for me to understand what her future is going to be like," supporter Julie Holzer said.
