Suspect in downtown Las Vegas stabbing identified
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Police have identified the suspect in a stabbing that left three people injured in downtown Las Vegas on Tuesday night.
Ariel Palomares was arrested on three counts of battery with a deadly weapon.
Police say 31-year-old Palomares was at Hennessy's Tavern on Fremont Street near Las Vegas Boulevard when a fight broke out between him and three coworkers.
The fight turned violent, and Palomares allegedly stabbed three other people. One was taken to University Medical Center with stab wounds to the chest. The two others suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The area outside Hennessy's Tavern was closed off for several hours as police investigated the crime.
