Las Vegas police investigating possible California kidnapping
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Las Vegas police are investigating an alleged kidnapping of a girl from California.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, a call was received Wednesday morning from the security office at the Rio casino-hotel.
A 17-year-old female told hotel security and LVMPD that she had been brought to Nevada against her will from California by two men.
She attempted to escape from the two men previously but was unable to do so until this morning.
LVMPD was not able to provide any other information about the girl or the alleged kidnappers at this time.
Action News will update this story with new information as soon as it becomes available.
