Woman killed in apartment fire identified
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Clark County Coroner's Office has identified the woman killed in an apartment fire Thursday night.
She was 64-year-old Bertha Pichardo of Las Vegas.
Pichardo was found by firefighters in a burning apartment unit near Bonanza and H Street.
The blaze was reported at about 6 p.m.
When firefighters arrived on scene, they were able to control the blaze and found the woman inside.
She was pronounced dead at University Medical Center a short time later.
Her exact cause of death remains pending.
