Clark County, NV (KTNV) -- No criminal charges will be filed against Kathleen Vermillion.
Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson made the decision Friday.
The former Henderson city councilwoman had been battling with her ex-boyfriend, County Commissioner Steve Sisolak.
Sisolak filed a police report in January, accusing her of trying to extort nearly $4 million from him.
The DA said he didn't find any of the actions were criminal.
