The Four Seasons Dental Spa on West Flamingo is just one of the businesses helping to launch a movement called One Vegas to support education in Southern Nevada.
That includes a web site called whatgivesdeals.com as a way to raise money. Just shop at participating businesses and a part of the sales will be donated.
