Power outages reported across the Valley
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- It was lights out for thousands of customers throughout the Valley Wednesday.
NV Energy told Action News there were 14,000 customers without power near Nellis Boulevard and Carey Avenue.
The outage was weather-related and stemmed from Wednesday's storms.
As of 4:30 p.m. most of the impacted customers had their power back on, but another 500 scattered throughout the Valley were still without.
That remaining 500 were restored by 5:30 p.m. with less than 50 still left in the dark.
Crews are working to restore power for those remaining customers.
