Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The President of Look Out Kids About joined Action News to talk about the importance of crosswalk safety as children go back to school.

Action News and Look Out Kids About have partnered to promote the 'Be Smart. Be Safe. Be Seen.' message.

The goal is to help spread the word to drivers and pedestrians to be safe on Valley roadways.

Robin Munier says that message is especially critical as children go back to school.

"It's very critical at this time in our Valley that we get the message out, that parents educate their students about crosswalk safety," Munier said.
