Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The fight over the Sloan flood channel will continue a bit longer.
A North Las Vegas spokesperson tells Action News the September court date has now been pushed to January 2.
North Las Vegas and Clark County are suing each other while they battle over whether the city has the right to use the county's channel for the flow out of a new waste water treatment plant.
Sloan channel neighbhors are battling bugs that breed in an area that used to be dry.
