Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A campaign official has confirmed that President Obama will be back in town next week.

President Obama is planning two stops in Nevada. He will be in Reno on Tuesday and Las Vegas on Wednesday

There is no information yet on what the president will do while in Las Vegas.

President Obama has visited Nevada numerous times since he was elected. His last visit to Reno was on July 23 when he spoke to the 113th annual VFW convention.

Republican challenger Mitt Romney spoke to the same group the following day.

Obama's last visit to Las Vegas was in early June when he spoke to a crowd at University of Nevada, Las Vegas' Cox Pavilion.

Vice President Biden spoke at the Disabled American Veterans convention in Las Vegas on Aug. 4.

Romney's pick for vice president -- Wisconsin congressman Paul Ryan -- was just in Las Vegas yesterday. He spoke at a rally at Palo Verde High School in Summerlin and then attended a private fund-raising event at The Venetian.

Romney made a campaign stop at the Sierra Truck Body & Equipment in North Las Vegas on Aug. 3.

Nevada is an important swing state in November's presidential election. The state has received a lot of attention from both Romney and Obama.
