Henderson, NV (KTNV) -- A flash flood warning was issued Tuesday afternoon in the Henderson and southeast Las Vegas area.
The National Weather Service issued the warning, effecting Henderson, Southern Highlands, Green Valley, McCarran Airport, Sam Boyd Stadium and the surrounding areas.
Action News viewers reported heavy rains in the Anthem area Tuesday afternoon.
Flash flooding is expected to impact roadways and underpasses.
Drivers in the area are warned not to cross flooded roadways and use caution in heavy rains.
