Employees face layoffs at 3 restaurants at Mandalay Bay
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Several employees are facing layoffs after the announcement that three restaurants inside Mandalay Bay will be rebranded.
China Grill, Red Square and Red, White and Blue Cafe will be revamped as part of THEhotel's change to Delano Las Vegas by the Morgan Hotel Group.
The restaurants will operate under their current names until November 18. After that, employees will be offered severance.
"We will also be working with our industry contacts in Las Vegas to assist in finding other employment options for our team, including with the new operators in our spaces," a director with China Grill said in an email.
There was no immediate word on how many employees will be impacted by layoffs.
