Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Friends and members of the community came together last night to help out five children who are still dealing with the loss of their mother.
Troy White is currently being held for the shooting death of his estranged wife, Echo White.
Her five children were in the house when White was shot a few weeks ago.
More than 150 people showed up at a local park Monday night to show their support by donating school supplies to 3 of White's children. People also donated diapers and other baby supplies to help the youngest of the five siblings.
Troy White is also being charged in the shooting of Echo's new boyfriend Joseph Averman.
