Man killed in recycling plant accident identified
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Clark County Coroner's Office has identified the man killed in a recycling plant accident last week.
He was 53-year-old Gustavo Sanchez of Las Vegas.
The accident happened at Rocky Mountain Recycling on East Craig Road in North Las Vegas on Thursday evening.
Police were called to the recycling plant at about 7 p.m. that night. When they arrived, they found the man dead on scene.
The case was handed over to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for investigation.
The coroner's office said Sanchez died of multiple blunt force trauma due to being crushed under heavy weight.
