1 displaced after kitchen fire at Paradise Park Apartments
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Clark County firefighters responded to a fire just before 6 a.m. today at the Paradise Park Apartments at 446 E. Twain Ave.
One of the residents was cooking when the stove caught fire and the fire spread to the cabinets and into the walls of the apartment.
Firefighters were able to knock the fire down quickly. Damages are estimated at $15,000 to $20,000. No one was injured during the fire.
The male occupant of the apartment was displaced and is now being assisted by the American Red Cross.
