Woman critically injured in auto-pedestrian crash
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A woman was critically injured when she was struck by a car on the west side of Las Vegas on Friday morning.
The crash happened just before 8 a.m. at the intersection of West Sutter Hills Avenue and North Napa Hills Drive.
Police said the driver of a 2002 Mitsubishi was turning left when the car struck a pedestrian who was walking in the street.
The pedestrian, an 86-year-old woman, was taken to University Medical Center with critical injuries.
Police are investigating what caused the crash.
