North Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A child is in critical condition after suffering a possible gunshot wound to the head inside a North Las Vegas home on Thursday evening.
Officers were called to the 3500 block of Creosote Way, near Gowan and Allen, after reports of a child injured.
A spokesperson for the police department says the 10-year-old boy suffered a severe head injury and was taken to University Medical Center.
Police are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident and whether the child was shot.
