Winning flood safety message goes up on billboard
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) - The Regional Flood Control District announced this year's billboard winners for the flood safety license plates.
Dallas Davis won this year's contest to encourage drivers to not go through flooded streets. His license plates submission was 2DP2TRY or too deep to try.
The district also held a Spanish billboard contest. Anibal Ribero submitted the winning entry ENUN2X3 en un dos por tres, which translates to in a snap or in a second.
