2 injured in head-on collision on U.S. 95 North
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Two people were injured late last night after a person driving the wrong direction on U.S. 95 North ran into another driver.
The head-on collision happened in the northbound lanes of U.S. 95 just south of Durango at about 11:35 p.m. Monday.
Both drivers were transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The Nevada Highway Patrol believes that drugs or alcohol may have played a factor in the collision. The accident is still under investigation.
