Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Clark County Coroner's Office has identified the man fatally shot while driving on Sunday evening.

Police say 30-year-old Tito Cleveland of Las Vegas died of multiple gunshot wounds.

The incident happened near the area of Martin Luther King and Lake Mead Boulevards at about 6 p.m.

A police officer noticed the maroon Nissan Maxima run a red light at the intersection and said there was no driver visible. When the officer tried to pull over the car, it failed to stop and continued through oncoming traffic, causing a collision.

The officer then discovered that the driver was dead from apparent gunshot wounds instead.

Detectives were called to the scene to investigate. No arrests have been made.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 385-5555.
