Local group raises money for Colorado shooting victims
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The wounds are still healing following the movie massacre in Colorado.
Saturday, a local group did their part to try and help those affected by the shooting.
The group "Very Awesome Girls" held a bake sale fundraiser at Cosmic Comics on East Flamingo Road.
Money raised at the event goes directly to the Colorado Organization for Victim Assistance (COVA).

The event was also held at HellPop Comics in the Arts Factory, The Sci Fi Center and Alternate Reality Comics.
Organizers say the fundraiser raised $2,100.
