Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Nevada Attorney General will not pursue charges against Clark County Commissioner Tom Collins for allegedly shooting his gun just before midnight on July 3.

The AG said there was insufficient evidence submitted to support a gross misdemeanor charge of aiming and discharging a firearm where people were endangered.

Collins has denied the allegations all along.
