Man dies after being shot by FBI agent in Las Vegas
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The man shot by an FBI agent outside Arizona Charlies on Thursday afternoon has died, according to Metro police.
Authorities say the man was wanted on a warrant stemming from an armed robbery on May 31 at a local fast food restaurant.
He was also wanted as a person of interest in a homicide that took place on July 22 at an apartment complex on Decatur near Sahara.
The suspect has not been identified.
The shooting happened after a Criminal Apprehension Team zeroed in on the suspect at Arizona Charlie's. When authorities confronted him, they say he showed a weapon. That's when an FBI agent opened fire.
The suspect was taken to a nearby hospital and underwent emergency surgery, but later succumbed to his injuries.
