Mitt Romney speaks to supporters in North Las Vegas
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney made a stop in North Las Vegas on Friday to speak to supporters.
The event was held at Sierra Truck Body and Equipment near Losee and Alexander.
On Saturday, Vice President Joe Biden will speak at the Disabled American Veterans National Convention.
So far, Nevada has received a lot of attention from both the Romney and Obama campaigns during this election year.
Nevada is one of several swing states being tightly contested this election.
After Romney's visit to North Las Vegas, he will then visit Northern Nevada for a series of private fundraisers in Reno.
This will be Romney's second stop in less than a month in Nevada. He was also in Reno last month to address the National Veterans of Foreign Wars convention, the day after President Obama spoke to the group.
Both candidates have been pitching dueling plans for economic recovery.
Just 95 days remain before Americans head to the polls.
According to the latest poll numbers, the president only has a three-point advantage over Romney, 47 to 44 percent.
