Water pipe bursts for second time in two days

Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A large water main break happened Tuesday, sending water gurgling-up through the pavement near Las Vegas Boulevard North and Carey.
Crews managed to have it fixed Wednesday morning, and restored water service to dozens of homes in the area.
But, it didn't last long.
By mid-afternoon, another part of the same pipe burst and those homes were once again without water.
The city hopes to have the pipe fixed again in a few hours and restore water service to those homes as soon as possible.
