Woman stabbed to death in North Las Vegas identified
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Clark County Coroner's Office has identified the woman stabbed to death in North Las Vegas over the weekend as 44-year-old Rosaura A. Banuet.
Police are searching for the victim's husband for questioning. He's been identified as 47-year-old Alberto Gutierrez.
The stabbing happened Saturday morning at about 11 a.m.
Police say they received a 911 call reporting a domestic violence situation on Blue Rose Street.
Arriving officers discovered Banuet suffering from multiple stab wounds. She was rushed to University Medical Center where she later died.
Police say three children were inside the home at the time of the fatal stabbing. They are now in the care of family members.
