Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A woman was hit by a car Friday evening, as she reportedly ran out of a local business.
The incident happened just before 5 p.m.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said the woman suffered a broken hip in the mishap on Craig Road, just west of Jones Boulevard.
She was hospitalized but is expected to be okay.
Police said the woman may be a suspect in a larceny case.
