Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Clark County Coroner's Office has identified the woman who fell to her death at the Hoover Dam bypass bridge on Monday.
She was 51-year-old Colleen Tyler of Boulder City. Authorities believe she committed suicide by jumping from the bridge at about noon. Her body was later recovered from below the bridge.
The Hoover Dam has long attracted people planning to commit suicide. NDOT told Action News they suspected this new bridge would also become a target, but eventually decided against suicide phones and extra fencing.
