Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A motorcyclist is dead after a crash on the west side of the Valley on Thursday afternoon.
Police say the crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle happened at about 4:45 p.m. at Fort Apache and Lake South Drive.
The motorcyclist was declared dead at the scene. At least one person inside the vehicle was also injured.
Police shut down intersection as traffic investigators worked the scene.
