Henderson woman killed in 3-car accident

Henderson, NV (KTNV) -- A 64-year-old Henderson woman was killed in an accident at about 5:20 p.m. Wednesday on Eastgate Road in Henderson.

The woman was a rear seat passenger in a 2012 Nissan driven by 63-year-old Patricia Carameli of Ohio.

The Nissan stopped at the intersection of Eastgate Road and West Warm Springs Road. It then entered the intersection.

The Nissan was struck by a 1999 Ford F-150 that was traveling westbound on Warm Springs Road. The truck was driven by 48-year-old David Rodilosso of Henderson.

The Nissan then begin to spin and struck a 2005 Dodge minivan, which was stopped at the stop sign on southbound Eastgate Road.

The Henderson woman was transported to St. Rose Dominican Hospital Rose de Lima Campus. She was pronounced dead by attending medical personnel.

Another passenger was also taken to St. Rose with non-life threatening injuries and the other person was taken to Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center in critical condition.

The drivers and passengers in the other vehicles sustained either minor or non-life threatening injuries.

Speed, alcohol and drugs are not believed to be factors in the collision. The investigation is still under investigation.

The Clark County Coroner will release the identity of the deceased once the appropriate parties have been notified.

There have been 8 fatal accidents resulting in 11 deaths in Henderson so far this year.
