Las Vegas pimp sentenced to life in prison
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A Las Vegas man convicted of several charges connected to pimping will spend the rest of his life in prison.
Police say an investigation revealed 48-year-old Raymond Sharp was pandering several prostitutes.
The investigation began back in 2011 when a woman was found partially nude and hysterically knocking on doors for help in a northwest Valley neighborhood. Witnesses said Sharp dragged the woman by her hair back inside.
A search warrant revealed Sharp, a registered sex offender, had weapons and prostitutes inside the home.
Metro's Pimp Investigation Team followed up on the investigation, resulting in several more charges.
Sharp was sentenced to three life terms in prison on Tuesday. His first life sentence was for kidnap with a deadly weapon.
The received two more life sentences for 18 other charges faced.
