Nevada attorney general talks foreclosures in Las Vegas
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Nevada attorney general discussed the local housing market Wednesday with members of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.
She talked foreclosures and the difficulty many are having with finding a property.
While many are qualifying for loans, fewer can find a home and win the bid.
Realtors at Wednesday's event were given more tools to pass on to those looking for a home.
Those in the market should consider all of their options including foreclosures, short sales and homes with liens.
