Police seek suspect in sexual abuse attempt
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Police are searching for a man who they say attempted to sexually abuse two young children near Tropicana Avenue and Maryland Parkway last month.
Detectives were called to the area on June 20 to investigate reports that a man had attempted to sexually abuse a three-year-old and a six-year-old.
Investigators say he lured the two children into an apartment where he exposed himself and touched one of the children. An adult confronted the man and he ran from the scene.
The man is described as 20-25 years old, 5-feet 7-inches tall with a slender build. Detectives said he goes by the name "Deandre."
