Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- How in the world does a 26-year-old with no job experience in education get to run a charter school using more than a million dollars in tax dollars?
The charter school crumbled just months after it opened and students were left in a lurch.
Authorities are scrambling to recover money that has gone missing.
