Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The man that is accused of being the "mustache bandit" finally appeared in court today.

However, it was not until he was "ordered" by a judge to do so. 45-year-old Troy Mullner was scheduled to appear in court at 8 a.m. this morning.

He did not do so.

It was Mullner's second refusal. He also refused to appear yesterday.

A Las Vegas Justice Court judge ordered Mullner to return and finally, at 9:30 this morning, he was in court.

Mullner was granted bail of $350,000. His next hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. July 20.

Muller was arrested on July 1 and faces several charges including robbery with a deadly weapon and burglary with a deadly weapon.

Mullner was dubbed the "mustache bandit" by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. LVMPD released surveillance photos in June and asked for help in identifying a man who was suspected of robbing at least nine businesses.
