UNLV student crowned Miss Nevada
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A journalism major at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas will be representing her state in the Miss America pageant. Randi Sundquist was crowned Miss Nevada on Tuesday after two days in competition in Mesquite.
Las Vegas residents Elizabeth Mercado, Alyssa D'Agostino and Ashley Tarchioe rounded out the top five. Henderson contestant Ellie Smith was named 2012 Miss Nevada's Outstanding Teen.
