Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The man that police say is the "mustache bandit" refused to appear in court today.
45-year-old Troy Mullner was scheduled to appear in court for a 72-hour hearing. However, he refused. A new hearing has been scheduled for 8 a.m. Friday.
Mullner was arrested Sunday and faces several charges including robbery with a deadly weapon and burglary with a deadly weapon.
Mullner is accused of committing several robberies between April and June. He is believed to have stolen from at least nine businesses.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department released surveillance photos in June and asked for help in identifying the man.
