Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Clark County Coroner's Office has identified the man killed by a hit-and-run driver while crossing Boulder Highway on July 3 in front of Eastside Cannery as 50-year-old Frank Harry Martini of Las Vegas.
It was previously reported that Martini was from Reno, Nev.
Martini was hit late Tuesday night after leaving the hotel-casino. He was struck by a 2004 Nissan Sentra driven by 44-year-old David Nieto.
Nieto left the scene of the accident but was apprehended shortly afterwords by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.
He is now facing driving under the influence charges and leaving the scene of an accident.
Martini was not in a marked crosswalk at the time of the incident.
