Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Department of Corrections says 40-year-old Mark Nemeth is back in custody.
Nemeth walked out of a low-security work camp Saturday morning in the Tonopah area.
Nemeth was serving time for attempted burglary, grand larceny and attempted forgery.
He was captured Monday morning in Esmerelda County where he was pulled over for doing 90 in a 25 mile an hour zone.
