Inmate escapes from Tonopah Conservation Camp
Clark County, NV (KTNV) -- Officers are searching for an inmate who walked away from the Tonopah Conservation Camp.
Officials with the Nevada Department of Corrections said Mark Nemeth, 40, was last seen around 4 a.m. Saturday morning at the minimum custody facility. He was discovered missing at 5 a.m.
Nemeth is about five feet and eight inches tall, weighs about 140 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
He is serving time for attempted burglary, grand larceny and for attempt to establish or possess a financial forgery laboratory.
Authorities say that they have received some tips about Nemeth. According to them, he has been spotted in the Tonopah area.
