Update on dog that killed one-year-old Henderson boy
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The fate of the mastiff/Rhodesian Ridgeback mix named Onion that killed a one-year-old boy from Henderson is still in limbo.
A New York-based group called the Lexus Project had asked for ownership of Onion after he was deemed dangerous and scheduled to be euthanized.
But, a Henderson judge disagreed.
A non-partial mediator intervened to try and reach and agreement but no settlement was reached.
The case is now scheduled to go back to the Supreme Court.
