Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Police have arrested a man they say may have sexually assaulted a young woman last week.
26-year-old Shawn Brock was arrested for an unrelated crime earlier this week, but has been re-booked on charges of sexual assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping and robbery.
The 19-year-old victim says Brock followed her after she left a convenience store on North Nellis on June 18.
She claims her attacker showed her a handgun and forced her behind a dumpster where he assaulted her and stole from her.
Sexual assault detectives are reviewing some similar crimes and ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 385-5555.
