North Las Vegas Police investigating shooting of two teens
North Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Police in North Las Vegas are searching for at least one suspect after a shooting sends two teens to the hospital.
It happened just after 9 p.m. Saturday night, near Lake Mead Boulevard and Civic Center Drive.
Police say two 18-year-old victims, one male and one female, were shot.
The victims ran into separate businesses nearby and called for help. They were both taken to UMC Trauma in serious condition.
One victim is believed to have life-threatening injuries.
Civic Center Drive was closed in both directions at Lake Mead after the shooting.
Police are asking anyone with information about the shooting to call Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555.
